We pay you 75% of our sales commission as your NYC sales commission rebate.

Seller Pays Us

The seller pays the entire sales commission. New York City commission rates are generally 5%-6% of the sales price equally split 50/50 with seller's broker and buyer's broker. A Buyer's Broker's commission is generally 2 1/2 - 3% of the sales price. We know that is a lot of money! We will pay you 75% of our commission.

Fiduciary Duty

Broadly speaking, fiduciary duty is a duty of loyalty and a duty of care. That is, the fiduciary must act only in the best interests of their client. The fiduciary must act diligently in those interests.

Seller's Broker Works For Seller

The broker representing the seller has a fiduciary duty to the seller. The seller's broker is representing the best interests of the seller.

Buyer's Broker Works For Buyer

A buyer's broker has a fiduciary duty to the buyer.  Think about it like this. If you were being sued would you hire the same attorney as the person sueing you. You need someone who will diligently protect your interests and rights.
